To grow organic horticultural crops with form the basis for raw materials of Dorkin Organic Farming Co. Ltd
To advocate and support the establishment of organic crops cultivation under the Outgrowers Scheme of neighboring peasant farmers and villages in the vicinity of the Dorkin Organic farming Co. Ltd project and plant.
To extend the education of organic farming and utilization of balanced diet to youth groups in supporting the Government’s endeavors of
industrialization now that Tanzania has attained the status of Medium Economy.
To cooperate with other healthcare stakeholders in advocating for the use of
organically produced crops in the diet of the people starting with areas surrounding the company’s project with the aim of spreading the good news to the whole country locally for Tanzania and Africa.
To lay the foundation of tackling the local market and export Market in the long run.
To fight poverty and ignorance of healthcare through the utilization of a balanced diet in creating an environment this is conducive to reducing youth unemployment and hopelessness.
To advocate for Agriculture’s capacity and capability of contributing to rural –urban
immigration of youths with the creation of job opportunities through the cultivation of
the land under contract farming whereby the Dorkin Organic Farming Co. Ltd will provide a ready market for their organic crops which will encompass without being limited to Kitarasa banana variety, pumpkin (Boga lishe) , sweet potatoes (Viazi
lishe), lemon grass, paw paw, yellow pepper and red papper, Avocado and Beet roots.
To work towards capturing the local market with organic foods and extend to the export of the manufactured products of Dorkin Organic Farming Co. Ltd.
